I gave it one star because the case looks nice and durable. Belt clip springs out and does not stay clip to belt. I am a long time palm user, this has to be one of the worst products made by palm. Have one these for a short time. Case will come unlatched and phone will fall to ground. Other than that there is not much good to stay about it.
This brings me to the problem. I wouldn't trade it for any other that I have seen so far. It happened several times. It is a very nice looking case and the belt clip works great so far. Problem solved.
All the soft cases I have tried have allowed for the phone functions to be activated and even to have calls made with the Button Lock feature on, so I decided to try this hard case. Once closed, the case is very sturdy and secure. The button on top that opens the case was WAY TOO EASY to hit accidentally and open. I have had zero accidental openings and I love the security of the case for my phone. I carry my Treo on my belt.
The case is plastic and the hinges do seem somewhat fragile, but only while you have it hanging open. So I took a small piece of double sided foam tape, folded it in half and poked it up under the edge of the button, making it much harder to press.
Good product. With this product you can avoid damage in your cellphone. If you have a Palm phone, buy it.
Pros: evry safe, handy and useful.Cons: do not allow to use the air case at the same time :-)
I am a lefty though, this is not design for people who like to wear their cellphone case left side, consider rotating clip for next product. I recommend this product This is a very good product. overall, excellent product, dropped product couple of times, no issues.
